There are two bathrooms, a kitchen and a guest bathroom.
The villa was built in 2002, according to Louis website.
The building’s current owners bought it in December 2018.
It has an interior of red brick, white tile and a modernist façade.
Louis’ other buildings include the Villa de la Maison, a private residence and museum, and the Villa of the Grand Duchess, a large private residence with a garden.
A recent renovation of the Villa des Arts opened in 2017, according the Louis store.
Lou’s website says the villa is owned by the family of French actor Nicolas Cage.
Lous is located in the town of La Bassée, just west of Brussels.
It is in a village of more than 3,000 people in a forest.
